The 14-point verification
Every listing runs through the same automated checks before it reaches the marketplace. Sample below — nine further checks include anti-bot signals, phone integrity, listing coherence and pricing sanity.
Identity
Government ID + selfie match (or Aadhaar / Emirates ID / passport per market).
Ownership
HM Land Registry (GB), DLD / Oqood (AE), state RERA + sub-registrar (IN).
Address
Royal Mail PAF, Emirate + community verification, or PIN + Google Places.
Photo integrity
EXIF check + reverse-image search + perceptual hashing for duplicates.
Sanctions & PEP
Global sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening.

The staging window
Days 0–7
Listing is in private staging. You get a shareable link but it doesn't appear in search results yet.
Day 7 checkpoint
If ≥7 of 14 checks pass, you get one free 7-day extension. Otherwise a small extension fee applies.
Verified & live
Once every check passes, your listing goes live with the Verified badge — free forever after.
