Over the next 7 days our system runs a 14-point automated check: your ID, ownership (HM Land Registry), address (Royal Mail PAF), photos (EXIF + reverse image), sanctions screen, and 9 more. No physical visit. Once every check passes, the listing goes live with the Verified gold badge and stays free forever. If you complete at least 7 of the 14 checks by day 7 you get one free extension; otherwise £25 extends you another 7 days. Nothing verified by day 15 → listing removed.
